False vegetable risotto made with Sammic equipment

Using two different sammic machines, the Combi CK-301 from our Dynamic preparation family and the LI-240 Multi Juicer from the Snack bar-pizzeria family, combined with the creativity of our corporate chef Enrique Fleischmann, we bring to you a delicious dish named “False vegetable Risotto”. 

Using these two popular sammic machines, has allowed the combination of chopped vegetables and juice, achieving an enhanced aroma and flavor of such vegetables. The creation can be seen in more details in the following video.
