Constant temperature rinsing: dishwashers for medical facilities

These models were developed for establishments such as medical centres where hygiene is particularly important, even more so in the context of the current health crisis due to coronavirus (COVID-19).

Dishwashers which have the constant temperature rinse system ensure perfect hygiene making them ideal for clinics, nurseries, hospitals, laboratories, etc. Outside the healthcare sector, these dishwashers are also suitable for washing glassware in the hotel and catering industry, where they guarantee exceptional results.

What are the main characteristics of a dishwasher with a constant temperature rinse system?

This system guarantees optimal hygiene for two reasons:

Firstly, the rinsing process is carried out at a constant temperature from start to finish, thus maintaining the established temperature throughout the rinsing process and not just at the beginning of the cycle. Models equipped with this technology have higher power in the rinsing tank than models without constant temperature rinsing.

In addition, the system has a pressure pump to project the rinsing water, guaranteeing an adequate pressure that ensures effective rinsing of the surface of the articles, regardless of the establishment's network pressure. To ensure these models operate correctly, the minimum mains pressure required is 0.7bar or 7l/min.

With the high temperature, which can be controlled at all times thanks to the temperature display, and the appropriate pressure, perfect sanitisation is achieved for those sectors that are most sensitive to this issue.
