Grup Gsr is organisation, promotion and communication company dedicated exclusively to the food, hotel, restaurant, gastronomy and oenology industries and is behind many the most important culinary events organized in Spain. It is an honour to inform that, in the last weeks, we have had the opportunity to collaborate with them lending our equipment for a few important events celebrated in Barcelona.
Thanks to Grup GSR, our SmartVide has been present at the Tast a la Rambla, which has been held in Barcelona from the 9th to 12th June. While the visitors tasted the culinary creations of the chefs, these chefs have had the opportunity to experience cooking with SmartVide, the new generation of immersion circulator with cutting edge features.
Secondly, also in collaboration with Grup GSR, we have lent our equipment to the Spanish final of San Pellegrino Young Chef 2016 contest, held in Barcelona on 23rd May. The winner, David Andrés, sous chef at Restaurante ABaC, introduced a dish prepared with SmartVide. From these lines we would like to congratulate all finalists, and specially the winner.
And last but not least, we lent our equipment for the showcookings and workshops held at Alimentaria 2016 (Barcelona, 25th-28th April 2016). The visitors could learn about new culinary techniques thanks to Sammic's SmartVide, vacuum packing machines and salamander grills.
