PES-20: peeler and salad dryer in one
We bring you a new video about the capabilities and operation of the PES-20, the peeler and salad dryer from Sammic. PES-20 is a combined peeler and salad dryer. With characteristics similar to the PI-20 as a peeler, PES-20 comes equipped with a draining basket so that it can also perform this function.
As a peeler, the PES-20 has a capacity of 20 kg per cycle. As a spinner, it has a capacity of 2 kg per operation (20 kg/h), with a useful volume of 19.5 litres.
Manufactured in stainless steel, the PES-20 is equipped with an aluminium base plate lined with silicon carbide abrasive, approved by NSF, which is easily removable for cleaning. It also has a water inlet with an anti-return system and a watertight control panel resistant to the water jets used for cleaning the workplace (IP65). The liftable lid has a safety microswitch.
Equipped as standard with drainer basket and abrasive plate, you can optionally add a floor stand, filter with anti-foam device and knife plate.
