A special visitor in Sammic

Yesterday we had the great pleasure of having Danish Karsten Tanggaard at Sammic headquarters. Tanggaard is a great connoisseur of the sous-vide technique and he is also a user of our SmartVide 8+.

We enjoyed the day exchanging impressions about our machine and its operation. We had the option to share very good ideas and many opinions about the sous-vide technique. In addition, Tanggaard seized the opportunity of being here to know more about Sammic and our work.

It was a very rewarding day in which we all learned a lot.
