As a continuation of the Kitchenbridge programme started in June 2018, in which renowned chefs from the US visited us to get to know Sammic and the Basque culinary culture, Sammic made the return trip one year later.

During an intense week, the culinary bridge built a year ago was strengthened, making the most of the occasion to exchange knowledge and experiences with other local chefs who joined the events organised.
It was an enriching experience in which those involved prepared exquisite menus with local products using Sammic equipment, and in which a great deal was learned from everyone.
We therefore thank all those who made these events possible, as well as all the reps and guest chefs who participated and contributed to their success.
